Can you recommend the best public golf courses in Houston area?

I am visiting a friend next week in Houston and we want to play some of the best public courses over the three days. Can you give me your recommendations for courses to play. Cost is not an issue. Courses on the north side of the city would be preferred. Thanks.

      You have got to play Tour 18 in Humble. It’s a good course and a “kick” to play.

      The north side play redstone its where the north side are the woodlands courses which are nice but little overpriced.
