Do you know any details about the Golf Course property in Boracay?

I’d like details about investment properties in boracay - specially the Pearl and the Golf Course properties.

I’m looking to buy a property for investment where the company manages the renting etc.

The Fairways and Bluewater said that they have 80% occupancy rate in a year. I doubt it, but…is it true?
