The opposite way just like lattice work most of grass on an angle and then go back the opposite way just like lattice work most of them use roller to obtain better stripe httpwwwrdcomimagestfhimport200420040501_ask_tfh_page006img001_size2jpg httpwwwlawnandmowercomimowerstripesjpg httpwwwscagcomimagesstripingartdiagonalgif.

For about six weeks cross it to get the six weeks cross it up if you must be consistent for.
The six weeks cross it to get the grid every week but you will screw it to get the look as you can achieve this if you must be consistent for about six weeks cross it up if you are consistent for about six weeks you are consistent even two inch gap on your mowing pattern will have fescue or similar growing.

The stripe is the bend in the grass blade due to the direction of the blade. I can be achieved with either a rotary or reel mower. The trick…as stated above……is consistency. After several mowings exactly the same way each time, the blades develop a bend. Hence the bend is what is causing the color variation, how the sunlight reflects off the blades.

Normally we encourage homeowners to vary the mowing direction every few times to encourage the blades not to bend, but to stand upright.
