How much do you earn if you work at a Golf Course as a cart boy?

golf course
Don asked:

My friend recently told me he worked at a golf course last summer and earned about $500 a week mainly through tips. The neighborhood his golf course is in is a rather upscale neighborhood so im sure that had something to do with it. If anyone here has worked as a cartboy what was your weekly earnings on average including tips? thank you
