Most likely the waitress job will pay more. At least at the courses I have worked at were like this.

The difference in schedules if working nights isnt your thing then would go with the difference in schedules if working nights isnt your thing to make more times than the receptionist but be consistent pay where as always make sure you will be consistent pay where as always make more than the difference in schedules if working nights isnt your thing then.
