golf course
bonsai asked:

My house is in a high end community, build around a 18 hole golf course. I have an argument with an appraiser, who wants to add a $10,000 penalty in the comps for my house, because its in second row, not direct on the course. My opinion is, that that is right for a retirement communuty, but ours is a family community and i don’t know anybody, who wants to hav ehis kids pummeled by golf balls.
What do you think? Any links for an answer?
