Where can I find golf course hole maps?

Typically on a golf scorecard you’ll see a tiny map of the course showing the general shape of the hole, whether it dog-legs right or left, location of sand traps and water, etc. Are any of these tiny (prefearbly larger) maps available on the Internet? What are these tiny maps called? I’d like to print (or create them) these maps for my favorite courses and then mark all my hits.
