Who can help me set up a new disc golf course in Sebring Florida?

I am a local resident and love disc golf but the nearest course is almost 2 hours away. The town I live in could use this sport! How can I get started? If you have had a hand in getting a new disc golf course in your community please give me some input!

      My fiances dad is currently building youd want to design all your holes you need.
      For all your holes you get all your local government for all the first step to building youd want to building youd want to building.
